Life’s been a wild ride, but just like I’ve always been taught – if you fall off, you get right back in the saddle. That’s the spirit of owning a business, and it’s what keeps me going. This spring, it’s time for something new to sprout, just like the season around us.
Saddle & Sage Hair Co. isn’t just a new name—it’s a fresh start, a rebirth. It’s the same coastal cowgirl heart, boho soul, and that western edge you love, now with a renewed energy for everything ahead.
Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re just discovering us, we’re still the same salon you know and love, now with a refreshed look and feel. What we offer...
We offer a variety of hair services, including custom color, extensions, blowouts, and more. Our team of talented stylists are dedicated to finding the perfect look for you and making sure you leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.
Experience our soothing atmosphere, complete with a cozy reception area, chic stylist stations, and a vibey shampoo nook. Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks as you unwind, or venture just outside to explore the Velvet Mill—a restored factory turned artisan hub with unique shops and dining options. At every appointment it is more than just a service; it's an experience, and every head of hair tells a unique story.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Appointments cancelled under 24 hours, or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
We have a 15 minute grace period, if you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment is considered a no-show as well.
We understand things happen, we get it, we're all human...
But we put our heart and souls into our work, and want to ensure things run smoothly, and need to be able to give our undivided attention to all of our wonderful bungalow babes!
So please try and be as courteous as possible by letting us know asap!

Loving both the shoreline (even though she will always be a lake girl at heart) and the simplicity of small town life, now she resides in Stonington, CT. Nichole has always had a passion for helping people, having previously worked in healthcare for many years, she made the switch to the beauty industry in hopes to fulfill her lifelong passion of doing hair, while still helping those around her. Creating this brand and this salon has been such a labor of love and passion project for Nichole. Specializing in lived-in color, redheads, and luxury hair extensions...Nichole is ready to make your hair goals a reality!

Nicole attended Toni&Guy in Cranston, RI and it is there she found her passion for lived-in color, dimensional brunettes, and even became quite the little wizard when it comes to hair cutting. She also just started offering custom luxury hair extensions and we cannot wait to see her transformations! Nicole is eager to grow her CT roots, and will be sure to please when it comes to creating gorgeous hair!

When she is not behind the chair, she is using her creativity in the ice cream store helping think up and create, new home-made, ice cream flavors! She is all around such a talent to this community. Amber excels in vivid colors, specifically all the latest y2k resurgence colors/cuts, but also thrives doing. anything blonding related, and she gives a killer blow out and roller set.
